Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

great hospitality of the owners, we could not have diner in the restaurant because of a private party but they have more than compensated this by offering a bottle of wine for our pick nick during hiking and by their friendlyness, we will surely go back.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, wifi works perfect, and the kitchen well equipped with enough cutleries for short stays. 5 min walk from Turgi train and Bus station, connecting to Zurich, Basel or the local areas. Bakery and small grocery shop in 3 minus walk. Riverside and very quiet residential area. The owner was kindly waiting for me when I arrived late for the checkin. As with any small towns in Switzerland, most shops close at 7 or 8pm sharp including kebab shop and kiosk. But then they are open from 6-7am anyway so cannot fault much really.

    Such a nice stay! I checked in late and the hotel was super accommodating. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Mini bar with free water, coffee and fruit. Train station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel with trains into Zurich HB often and just a 20 min train journey. 100% would stay again!

    I have stayed in this hotel 3x because my son lives nearby. This time I had a late arrival, which was handled very well. The room is adequate size, simple and basic, just what I need. I've used the desk in the past, when I needed to work, and it's been ok. The shower is great too.

    Great hotel next to Brugg's railway station. While the building does not look great from the outside, its real treasure is the inside: a welcoming lobby and a stylish restaurant to begin with, and spaceous, modern rooms in the rest of the hotel. It definitely exceeded the expectations I had from the pictures I saw when booking. Great stay and excellent value for money - anytime again!

    Great location by a beautiful lake. Moderate walk into the town and slightly longer to the train station, however all up 15-20mins. Rooms were great, comfy beds and very clean. Bathrooms new and great shower pressure. The buffet breakfast was delicious, home made jams and all! Staff very friendly and happy to help. Thanks for a fabulous stay

    It is close to the station and thanks to the kindness of the staff, I have a comfortable and happy memory during my stay here.     The service is outstanding. I warmly recommend the Terminus Hotel to everyone who needs to stay in Brugg. As a bonus, the breakfast is served as early as 6 am and the parking of the car is included in the price of the room.
