This place deserves infinite stars. There are not enough words to describe this pearl. Quaint little B&B. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is fresh on the spot and very generous. They even gave us muffins to go as a snack on our train ride. The view is peaceful and breathtaking all at once. What gem.

We're a family of 4. Stayed one night and regret that we didn't stay longer. Pros: - The hotel is fully renovated with very modern room & facilities while conserving the classic and historic feeling of original site & surroundings. - room was spacious, and the interior was very nice with good lighting conditions. - view was a bit limited lake view due to the original building structure, but maybe in another room, it should have a great lake view, as the hotel stood on the hill over the lake. - had a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel restaurant and food was very nice with at least one star quality, and people there provided really attentive and kind service. - They have dedicated, large size parking building (with a fee) Cons - It's actually a little far from Lugano center, but I knew it and it was not my problem. All in all, it is a much more modern and classy hotel than expected, and I would definitely stay here if I visit Lugano again.

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time!

Excellent apartment. Large and extremely clean with excellent facilities. Wonderful view. Parking great. Close to train. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We booked last minute. Only improvement is to clean provide a map with directions as a little difficult to locate in car. Many thanks lovely stay

We've booked two apts Roxy (2nd floor) and Sofia (1st) floor, each for 2 persons. Clean and cozy apartments, fully equipped kitchen. Coffee capsules, sugar, all kinds of chemicals. Even in bathroom big bottles with shampoo, body gel and hair conditioner. Excellent location for Lugano - less that 10 min walk and you reach coastal park and then city center. in 1 minute walk - bakery, in 5 - Migros. And parking place for each apts - 30 meters in opposite was really great. Ana was always ready to help - replied to WhatsApp immediately and solved any question and even personal requests. She is host which really loves her business and respects each client.

    The place and the host both were amazing. The place very clean spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very caring and kind. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The lake was just 1 min from the main door. Beautiful surroundings.
