The host is very nice and has great knowledge of the local mountains and other activities to do in the area. You also get a complimentary "Saastalcard" when staying at this chalet, which means that you can take the cablecar up and down to Kreuzboden and Hohsaas as much as you like during your stay. Nice clean, big and comfortable apartment with a kitchen that has the necessary stuff if you want to cook. The surroundings were really beautiful for hiking and chilling. We went with our dogs and they had a blast exploring. We also used this as a base to explore Zermatt. Although Tasch is a 45 minutes drive from here, we didn't mind it.

The staff was very hospitable. Isabelle (a manager) was particularly kind of helping us to have a pleasant stay. We had a beautiful view of three mountains from our window. We enjoyed a rich breakfast. After ski there is a very charming restaurant to visit at the hotel. We tried some soup and tomato fondue. It was delicious and worth trying! We are definitely coming back.

The staff was friendly and the check-in was without issues. The location is excellent. The bakery was only 2 minutes away by foot (great bread!) and the Saas-Grund cable car about 7 minutes. The apartment was of good size, we had the one with two bedrooms, the beds were good. Everything was modern and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We also used the washing machine in the basement (coin operated), which was convenient to have.

    The property is perfectly located near, just one minute walk from the Saas-Grund chair lift. The communication with the property managers was easy and quick. Always ready to help at any time. The property is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. Near to rental shops, bus stop, boulangerie, supermarket. The neighbourhood is super safe. I have no doubts to stay in this property again or recommend it to anybody.

    Absolutely enjoyed my stay! The room was spotless and felt freshly renovated. Perfectly located right in front of a bus stop, just a 15-minute ride to Saas Fee. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, adding to an already fantastic experience. Plus, it was all at a really great price.

    I was very happy with the fact that they didn't have enough space but managed to handle the overbooking quite well, finding me an apartment to stay nearby and easy to access. They also allowed me to leave my stuff at their place for the day, so I could go skiing and then come back to pick it up
