Overall the cuisine quality in this hotel is exceptional with a great location both in terms of lake view, access and also proximity to City. A lovely small park just next to it, if you have a small kid. Facilities in the hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. One of my top 3 hotels so far , i have been to probably more than 100 hotels. One special shout out to the staff. Service quality in Switzerland even for high end restaurants & hotels can be terrible sometimes. Service staff somehow can be entitled and may act rather rude around the country. So the Swiss hospitality is only a marketing gimmick in many occasions but not for this hotel. Lovely and friendly people. Very relatable and also professional at the same time. 11 over 10...

breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. I really felt like at home.

Let's start with the house - it is so beautiful. Ample spaces to sit and relax, either in the sitting room, or lawns. The dining space is light, airy and bright, overlooking the lawn, and it's just the right atmosphere! The house is in perfect condition, and the rooms are nice, clean and airy. They aren't huge, but by European standards, they're just fine. Next, the service. I can't thank the Signau House team enough! We were traveling with very elderly parents who caught a chill and were confined to their beds for the duration of our stay. The staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable! Whether is was extending breakfast timings, checking in on them while my husband and I were out, opening up their kitchen to us for dinner - we really felt like we were living in our own home. Finally, the location - the house is very well located, on a quiet street, and well connected via tram. It's walking distance from the lake, and a few stops away from the Old City and other touristy places.

    Easy access by train to Zurich old town centre and ferry. On-site free undercover parking. Fabulous, smiley staff - so very helpful and obliging from providing tourist information to accommodating any requests we had along the way. Enjoyed their delightful full buffet breakfasts on a sunny light-filled dining room and terrace overlooking the lake! Will definitely stay again!

    We have stayed at Sedartis a few yers ago and I booked it again without hesitation when it came up in the search. I like it for the style the comfort and the hospitality of the staff. We got upgraded to a room with lake view. Bedding and towels look and feel brand new. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and I noticed some other guests were local people. Food and service was flawless.
