Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

The hotel exceeded our expectation. It was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of freshly baked products and fresh fruit. The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the Swiss fondue at the restaurant and that was the best fondue we ever had!

The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view.     We loved the place, just 2 minutes walk from lake where you can enjoy beauty of vitznau and also swim. Jeroen is best host, they have arranged everything you can need during your stay. Spacious duplex with comfortable beds and a balcony where you can enjoy barbecue. There is also private parking. Will come back for sure.

    Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.

    The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

    They had a shortage or crisis of some sort so the Restaurant was closed and we had no access to the terrace after 6 pm. There was no house keeping either. Breakfast was meagre. For the kind of money they charged, it was outragious! I have stayed there before under VERY DIFFERENT conditions! This time was truly disappointing and a big let down.

    The hotel looks new and is well located. Check-in was via machine but quick and without issue. The room was big enough for us and we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was closed but the breakfast was fantastic!

    The staff. Extremely helpful and attentive. The Reception office, in particular, is very welcoming and go beyond their way to make your stay really great. The location and views are also stunning. Having the spa right there, in front of the lake and mountains, is incredible. Totally recommend. Very relaxing and well connected to the Rigi mountain train and circuits
