Hotel staff was friendly and understanding. Even though my English is not good, they always helped me in communication. I had two days like a dream. Thank you very much. Food and service were great. My room was clean and of very good quality. The view from my room was magnificent.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It is well located, a bit uphill, but only 8-9 min walk from Wengen train station. My room had an amazing mountain view, i cannot even describe how mesmerizing it was. Everything was super clean and well functioning in the room. The owners and the staff are very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Spa, restaurant, bar were fantastic. Perfect location opposite the main ski lift. Staff were great and were very accommodating. We had duplex room, which was a little cramped. But also viewed some of the regular rooms which were a good size.

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. The best experience in Wengen! We loved it a lot. The location is great and the area is something. It was the fist time in Swiss Alps but after this trip I am sure we gonna come back. They keep cleanliness on a high level. Room was pretty nice and we got amazing view from our balcony to Swiss Alps ( room 235 ). I recommend this room big time. Also very sweet from the hotel is having coffee machine at the room. I am sure every coffee lover will appreciate it. Also we discovered all area and made sure it was best hotel in Wengen as per the view.

    The location was just incredible, and the hosts were the BEST!!!!! They met us at the train station and brought us and our bags to the property. It is super clean, comfortable, and decorated in Swiss style with all the modern conveniences. We were lucky to have 5 nights there. Each morning we walked to the bakery for delicious breakfast rolls. One of the best owner operated accommodations I have ever experienced!

    It’s the 2nd time we stay for a short week holiday and we loved it, we for sure return again. Hotel is perfectly located, just across the street from the gondola, very comfortable when putting on and off the skies. Spa is absolutely gorgeous, the views are crazy. Room is very comfortable and clean.

    This room had the best view of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information about Wengen. The steep up hill walk to the train was hard the first time but got better and always worth it. Excellent breakfast and we had dinner at their restaurant twice and it was fabulous. The rooms were clean, not large and the bathroom was very small but otherwise perfect accommodations. The hotel was very convenient to all the trams and trains. Loved the view from our balcony, the food and this beautiful village of Wengen.
