    It was a total abuse of money, since Taylor Swift was in town they charged a LOT of money for what you should alert is like a hostal. We didn’t even stay there and moved to another place. They have ONE pillow, old towels, old sheets, NO toilet paper. I understand you do offer different types of accommodation, but Big Room Zurich is really not a proper name. I hope the owner buys some toilet paper, new sheets and towels for the money we payed.

    We loved the concept, in the photo we only see the blue building but the rooms are not in this building, the rooms are in a yard so it gives a holiday vacation vibe, we really loved this. We were traveling with our dog, the staff was very friendly to him (he is a very big dog, so it was really nice), there are a lot of trees just a few meters away from the hotel. Nearby there are tram stations and a train station so we didn’t have to use our car, it really helps for visiting Zurich.

    We really liked everything about this accommodation - if we ever come again to stay at Zürich, this will be our first option. Great area, excellent apartment/room, clean, spacous but cosy at the same time, it was truly what we needed after a long day behind us.

    Small but comfortable apartments with everything you need for a short stay. A good location on Albertstrasse in a cozy part of the city, within walking distance to the center (about 20 minutes). A big plus is that the apartments are pet-friendly, we were vacationing with a small dog and it was a great solution. For accommodation with an animal, you need to deposit 500 francs, which was then returned to us without any problems. The managers were always in touch and answered our questions quickly enough.
