The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and flexible throughout the stay. The place has beautiful green areas around and the views towards the lake were out of this world. Not so at El Arrayan: the host has hospitality in his DNA and is truly committed to providing a five-star experience. He cooked some amazing food for us and he helped us with everything we needed. The houses are located in a fairy tale place and they check and clean daily the accommodation. We really felt like home and we hope to come back. If we come back in Puerto Guadal for sure, we will stay in the same place.
