1. The hotel position near the historical part of the city with a superb lake view, 2. The owner and his wife were very kind to us and the communication was perfect, 3. They ordered the breakfast for us upon our request and the owner drove us to a local recommended restaurant for dinner, 4. The room was very clean and tidy.

I had a very nice stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Gym also in good condition. 5 min walk from the subway, restaurants and FamilyMart right around the corner. The staff was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Rebecca for providing quick and useful information, suggestions for my trip to Suzhou, and making sure that everything was good.
