The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. It stated there was an iron and hairdryer in the room but there was not. However it was no problem for staff to provide them though once asked. The breakfast was also great, and the pool area had great views. You do have to make a reservation for a pool bed as there are only 6. It does have parking which is handy, it is very small/tight area so be mindful.

Everything was great. The location was quiet but close enough to everything important. Some nice restaurants and shops around. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Quality hotel at best location. Very good breakfast and always the best service there from Freddy, Fatima, Luis and Sara. At the entry we always was met by Rafael and his big smile and always helpful. A really good hotel and a new favourite for us in Barranquilla.

Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...

    The time that we stayed in Barranquilla’s Apartahotel Plaza de ángel 74 was acceptable for the price. We can say it is a decent place to stay, but nothing fancy. On the good side, the attention and friendliness of the personnel was excellent. The place is centric and near to several amenities in a centric area of the city.

    I liked the breakfast options in the morning, staff was good for the most part, though I feel like the front staff at times lacked the hospitality that the other hotels offer, a smile or at least make you feel welcome, it seemed like they had other things going in their minds, no smile, just here is your room key goodbye, thanks for staying, and no eye contact. So a more hospitality would be appreciated, other then that the hotel was perfect, spacious rooms, comfortable beds great breakfast.
