Beautiful tranquil getaway. From start to finish we loved every moment and did not want to leave. Views are spectacular, the house is beautifully put together. All the amenities you need, fire, bbq etc. loved using the kayaks and paddle board on the lake. Fun being transported by boat, you get to see more of the lake. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming

Gretel was a quiet, serene and scenic place to stay during my visit to Guatapé. It is close to El Penon and Guatapé, a short ride by tuk tuk. The staff were lovely. The views are stunning and you will feel completely relaxed with the views and the chalet. Thanks Reena

I stayed in a shared room, and my bed has amazing view for the lake. The place overall is cozy and clean, with good Wi-Fi. The whole area is very beautiful, very green, with a lot or palm trees and blossoming bushes, far from crowds, very calm. The most amazing is a heated pool, and variety of water activities. I’ll definitely come back. And it’s highly recommended for those who value spending time in nature.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. With its great flavor. They took care of every detail. It is a magical place with very friendly people willing to help and serve customers in a personalized way. I was delighted with the place. It exceeded my expectations. It really was a break from daily work. Its facilities invite you to rest and relax. I loved the presentation of the room upon arrival. I would return a thousand times more. ​

    Very unique experience. Our glamping site was so beautiful. It was our holiday away from our holiday. We stayed the day after Valentine’s Day and paid some more for valentines decoration and a massage. Staff were all lovely. Great value for money, I can’t imagine what we’d pay for something like this back home in Australia.

    Fantastic stay. Great room, great food, great services. Whilst the accommodation itself was great, the staff made the stay fantastic. Despite some reviews raising issues with communication, I couldn’t have been more impressed with the patients of the staff with our very limited Spanish and fantastic English with explaining the details of the stay and in assisting us with transportation booking. There are lots of incredible accommodation options in Guatapé, however, we are very very happy we chose to stay here. Would recommend to everyone.

    The staff at the Praia restaurant are friendly and the food there is good. There is a beautiful view from the cabana. We did not stay in the hotel side of this accommodation, but we went up to look and the pool area looked beautiful. Also the hotel reception staff member we spoke to up there was friendly and helpful.

    Incredible view - one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. Super clean, very cosy (jacuzzi and open fire) and the best view you’ve ever had waking up in the morning! The staff was super friendly as well.
