The property manager (Leonardo) and the staff care for the guests as people. In my case, a thunderstorm brewed over the night and I was planning to drive to our next location. Leonardo and another staff member looked up some local news to make sure we knew what the safest route was. In regard to the room, they have 2 AC units and loads of space for either couples or small families. The community is secure and feels very cozy. Breakfast is delicious. HIGHLY HIGHLY regard others to stay here.

Everything! The place is quite far from the touristy La Fortuna and it is perfect to enjoy the peaceful nature. It is like living in paradise. All the details were well thought of. The rooms are excellent as well as the staff! Everyone was very helpful and kind. They also helped us to create a plan for the rest of our trip after leaving this place (Thanks Andrés!).

Amazing view of the volcano, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Managed to see a few animals on the property, e.g. iguana. The room offered lots of privacy. Breakfast buffet had excellent choice. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Great facilities including swimming pools, spa, restaurants. Excellent value for money. Arenal is a great destination too, with so much to do.

    This was one of my favourite accommodations in Central America. The (single) rooms are spacious with air con and a terrace, there's a pool and poolside bar, and it sort of feels like you're staying in a tropical villa with all the plants and fountains! Jenny at the tour office by reception was helpful to book tours with, and everything is walkable (including El Salto natural pools).

    The photos don't do this place justice - it really is tucked away in the jungle, a rare find. The service staff are really what makes this place shine, they go above and beyond. The view of the volcano is stunning, and the facilities are all you need for an amazing stay in Costa Rica. We considered staying longer and canceling our other accommodations it was so good.

    The staff at the reception was super friendly. Parking inside Inn’s areal was convenient. Lots of choices of breakfast (even though it wasn’t that tasty comparing to other accommodations we stayed at in Costa Rica). We liked the swimming pool and its surroundings where you can chill. However, the best thing about this accommodation was free pass to Volcano Loudge and Springs - amazing volcano hot spa - since it was raining every day we stayed in La Fortuna, it was really handy.

    Everything was just the best!! The house had the privacy, own pool and any equipment that anybody would ever need, including arepas frying pan, smoothie blender etc. Close to all of the attractions, terms, volcano, bogarin trail etc. Easy accomodation and check out. One of the best accommodations we had in whole CR and 100% worth the money :)
