Macaws flew around and were so beautiful. It’s easy to go to Carara National Park and the crocodile tour is down the road. We were happy to stay in this quiet and local place in stead of Jaco near by. The staff were extremely helpful and we were even invited to a 15.th birthday. It was worth every penny. We cooled down by the pool, observed scarlet macaws and capuchin monkeys, enjoyed fantastic sunset views, gazed at starry skies and slept peacefully. Furthermore, we were able to walk to Carara and the crocodiles bridge. Federico and Alba were very welcoming and, knowing we will come/leave by bus, they picked us and dropped us to the bus stop on the main road. We were arriving late so we had to check in without a person there, but we got pictures of where to go and different instructions. The hut was great beeing spacious, a good private kitchen a nice bathroom and three comfortable beds. The view in the morning was amazing, calm and we felt like we were in a sort of paradise.
