There are some nice forest trails just nearby so it's easy to explore the neighbourhood even on foot. There are 4 apartments on the premises, one of them was occupied during our stay but we've never heard the other couple at all. Very private. There is an excellent restaurant literally across the road and the property is located on a cycling / jogging / walking trail which allows you to walk either to Trutnov (about 25 minutest to downtown) or out into the nature.
