The apartment is on the first floor and the steps need to be considered if you are travelling with suitcases, we managed though with our suitcase. This place is fabulous, a home from home and very high standard, quality accommodation. We would choose this place again if visiting Berchtesgaden. The host was very responsive and helpful. There is a small parking space right next to the accommodation. If it is occupied, you can park 20 meters away. The building is right next to the train track, which can be a little loud during the day, but in the night we didn’t have any issues. The room was clean. The Eagle's Nest is reachable from here only by foot. The room had everything needed, nice and clean bathroom, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The Check-in is only until 6pm, but there is a possibility to pick up the keys from the key safe in case of later arrival which was a very nice surprise.
