Nice apartment near the lake. Private covered parking is a plus, especially with the heat. Excellent beer garden with good German food. Several bakeries / coffee places nearby for breakfast. We had a room near the back at the beer garden, but did not experience any noise nuisance, slept really well. Perfect spot for a few relaxing days at the Chiemsee.

    The house was new and has a cosy cabin feel. We were on the bottom floor so could enjoy the beautiful garden and had breakfast outside everyday. Everything you need is available. Perfect for a family stay. It was a lovely experience!

    An amazing stay for 1-2 people. The balcony had a great view of the Alps and a glimpse of the lake. The equipment does not leave any wishes open and Ms Adlmaier is incredibly thoughtful. Absolutely recommend the stay!!
