The hotel and local area was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and looked after our party of 10 guys. Breakfast was also very good for our two night stay. They organised our transport to and from the airport which was very good value and a speedy service too. Well done to all at the staff at the hotel making our stay a pleasure. We had the deluxe room which was a good size and had excellent storage. Nice touch to have carafe of water refreshed every day. The breakfast was excellent. Super to have eggs freshly cooked. Two female staff members who looked after us during our stay were excellent. Friendly and very efficient. Very friendly and helpful, with quick responses over booking.com. The superior room is almost as good as a five star hotel room. If you believe customer service is dead, visit this place. The family is exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We had a car breakdown and stayed at the hotel - reserved 10min before arrival and needed an extra day - even though the place was fully booked, something was arranged.
