There is the chance to get a laundry for a small extra fee, we got everything washed and dried in an afternoon. Highlights of our stay: the bed (the best I’ve ever slept in!) and the breakfast!! Once inside the building it was so beautiful and serene. Our apartment was on its own floor. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. The kitchen and living area were perfect and our rooms were amazing. The shower was beyond impressive with a rainfall shower head and fantastic water pressure. The owner was right there at the door when we arrived after midnight! I travel solo, but arrived with a young woman that hadn't booked any accommodation for her midnight arrival in Guayaquil. But luckily (though otherwise fully booked) he found her a room for the night. Rooms are HUGE, w/ excellent air con and wifi; and always super-quiet as they all face the inside swimming pool.
