We stayed 5 days, diving with the diving center of the hotel and snorkelling or chilling the rest of the time. It is a small hotel if compared with others around, and we loved it. The garden is lovely and it is really clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and the direct access to the sea where you can see lots of fishes and even a turtle ! The service staff made our stay even greater : they know you from the first day and really take great care of you. We are both vegetarian and the cook prepared special dishes for us. All was really tasty, and his crepes in the morning are the best ! Rooms are not really big, but whatever.... you have your own small terrasse and you don't go there to spend your time inside anyway.

It was an exceptional stay!! I loved every corner of the hotel. It was very authentic and nostalgic to be around for the three days of my stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to see the REAL Quseir. At the time of my visit, the weather was very humid, but the room had AC. The location is perfect. It has shared bathrooms, but they're always super clean. Breakfast was so homey and delicious. The staff was amazing and helpful. Shoutout to Amer and Mohamed. You made our trip :)

Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view, perfect location. Near is many shops, restaurants, coffe shops, nice calm place for walking here. Fully equipped kitchen. We had always hot water, washing machine in apartment. Whenever we needed something Mr. Mohammad kindly help us, everything was was quick, smooth. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Our host was really welcoming and helpful with anything, we rented good bicycles with him and he arrange things for us to make laundry. The studio is nice and you can see the sea from the rooftop. (+ the bird Lula was so cute 😉)

I have been coming to Egypt for several times a year. I stayed at Novotel (Marsa Alam) for the second time. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Mohamed Hassan. A fantastic employee who provided us with wonderful service throughout our entire stay. It didn't just stop with this employee. "Every" employee, even the gardeners, luggage carriers, cleaning crew, lifeguards, entertainment,... are incredibly friendly and "extremely" helpful. Never seen before! An over the top amazing service. Every corner of the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated and maintained. Massive options with entertainment, wellness and other relaxation options,... The food is super fresh and very tasty. And all this in high season! I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone. Stop looking for other hotels. Thank you Novotel and all staff for the fantastic stay. Continue with this amazing vibe. To management: take care of all your employees, they deliver extremely fantastic work🙏👌🤝 We see eacher back very soon, that's for sure! Btw: the "Sea World" diving centre linked to the hotel has the same wonderful values and I higly recommend it (there is a very beautiful house reef).

    The hotel is beautiful and unique. Its an old villa with an extraordinaire atmosphere. I love this house. The wooden ceilings are impressive and the rooms are so cosy and comfortable. Everything is very clean and the aircondition is working well. The breakfast is delicious and everything is fresh. The service is friendly and helpful.     The beach was amazing for snorkeling even my 5 years old daughter loved it. The rooms were amazing and the view from the rooms were magnificent. The food varieties in all meals were good I loved the every day dinner different culture back ground. I definitely will visit this resort again to enjoy their extra ordinary hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Assad Kenawy (Front Office Manager) for making my vacation an exceptional one, you made my stay in the resort a very special memory for me and my family hope to meet soon.
