At first, I want to thank Noursin and Ahmed Khalid at the restaurant for their always smiling faces and perfect service. They were great. The breakfast was pretty enough, could have had a little more options. Beach was fabulous.

Le Metropole was fantastic - it's hard to choose between the view from Sky View restaurant and the amazingly friendly staff for what's best. The old world charm is just lovely. I had the breakfast and light dinner. Breakfast was fresh and great for veggies. The light dinner was wine and canapes. The Sky View restaurant has the best views and really good food. And did I mention the staff???? Fanstastic. Bed was incredibly comfy too. And a walk down the corniche was a great way to spend the afternoon after a morning at the world-class library.

Amazing location in Alexandria, San Stefano neighborhood was so pleasant, we were next to the mall. The apartment is so new and well furnished/decorated. Nabeel the owner was perfect and allowed us to drop our luggage before check-in. He is always available if you need anything !

    The whole experience was out of this world, starting from Ahmed at the reception and how fast and accurate he was in checking me in and making sure I was comfortable, to Christina who was extremely professional and accommodating to all my requests to make sure I enjoyed my stay and that I was feeling safe and happy. The Blue Harbour restaurant has the most fascinating view and the quality of the food, and the staff never disappoint. Overall, I never choose any other hotel to stay at and always book Windsor Palace for a seamless holiday.

    My wife and I stayed in the Steigenberger Cecil Hotel in Alexandria for 2 nights during a 17-day holiday in Egypt. The hotel is located centrally on the Corniche overlooking the sea. There are also a large number of shops and restaurants nearby. It was an ideal base for the tour we took of the city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and dinners were both good.

    Room was clean and location was very close to all amenities. Staffs were friendly and accomodating. They even provided room cleaning service in the morning if needed which lacked in most of the budget accomodations i stayed. Shower had steaming hot water and the bathroom was clean. Room had more than 2 plug points which was very convenient.

    We are on holiday and travel arrangement by ourselves. This place is amazing! Beautiful view and location. Comfortable bed and living room. Everything is perfect! And the owner of the apartment is nice and warm hearted, and easy to communicate in English. I am sure I will stay here again next time I come back to Alexandria!

    I stayed for one night in an alternative place arranged by Smoha Zahren Haus. There was some confusion after I moved the dates with only 2 days notice. The other place was a bit sketchy, but it was just a place to crash after a late arrival from the airport. I wanted to move back to the main accommodation the next day but it wasn't possible. Very friendly staff and quick effective communication before arriving.

    Everything was perfect. I’ve been to a lot of accommodations in Egypt and this one was the most prepared one and extremely clean, the floors were literally shining when I arrived. The kitchen is good and has everything you need. The apartment is quiet since it is a side street but next to the tram station, Khaled Ibn elWalid (big street with a lot of shops) and less than a 10min walk to the corniche. I’d 100% recommend
