The personal is great but the manager who took care of us made the all difference. We could always count on Mr Haytham who was so nice and halpful. He was available in the middle of night (during his rest hours) and helped us in the clinic with our child who had a problem. He was also available during his holidays to help us with requests. Although the resort had trouble with an heavy rain just a day before our arrival we had a wonderful welcoming . Everything at Gemma is perfect: the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff is very kind, the food is superb , the beach is comfortable, the excursions are amazing . We had one of the most beautiful experiences we ever had with a host. I kindly suggest a holiday at Gemma. He is always caring about the guests and is also organizing trips, taxis, dive center acitivities and more. I felt very welcome and like home during my whole stay. Also the facilities are excellent. It is very clean accomodation, modern and good WIFI. The breakfast is amazing, even vegan options are available. The terrace is a very calm place and great for evening to watch the sunset.
