Everything. The room had everything I needed. A fridge, coffee machine, they even provided a kettle at my request. Kitchen also had a microwave and stove top, I didn’t cook but could have if I wanted to. There was even a steamer in the wardrobe to give my clothes a once over after they’d been in my case. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything. Guggenheim, shops, there’s bars and restaurants nearby, pastelerias. The old town is not far and I even went to an event at Bilbao arena and walked there though the area I cut through didn’t feel that safe to come home through so I took the bus right back to behind the hotel. Really had a great stay here and would recommend anybody wanting to be in the centre to consider a stay here, especially for the price.

The hotel has everything you want in a luxury stay. The bedroom was well laid out with coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and there’s plenty of storage. I loved the ambient lighting and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing all the sights of Bilbao with the river view and the Guggenheim next door. Lovely bar and seating areas in the hotel with great terrace for enjoying the view. Parking was fun!

    Rooms are a good size and looked quite new. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a good restaurant next door. Breakfast ( included in the price) is available both cooked or continental and was good quality. Close to the airport with a free shuttle bus to the airport. WE booked at short notice and were very happy with the stay of on night.

    The Hotel was close to the airport and had a very prompt service for airport drop. The Room was nice clean and with everything you need for a night stay near airport. The Room was also quite for one to have a good night sleep.

    Its very close to the airport and the guy who welcomed me and helped to check in was excellent. He provided all informations and assisted me to answer my question on where i can i have dinner etc etc and booked me in the 5;10Am airport shuttle. The room quality is above what i expected.. Better than normal holiday inns i stay close to airport.

    We picked this hotel because of the location. We had to catch an early flight the next morning, so staying near the airport was most convenient to get most rest. The staff reserved a spot for us on the first shuttle bus. The shower was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Perhaps the best we've had during our vacation and most important reason for the score. Because of rest.

    it was 5 minutes from airport door- it was perfect for somewhere to rest our heads whilst waiting for an early morning flight. I wouldn’t want to stay here for a holiday as it’s surroundings are an airport but for an overnight stay it was fabulous. Modern clean and most importantly a comfortable bed!
