We easily were able to travel I to bilbao on train. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and clean, though no tea/coffee facility there. Staff is incredible (thanks to Olatz for warm welcome and Irune for delicious breakfast and excellent tips on sites in the area!). Rooms are very cozy, we had amazing views of the mountains. The entire hotel is decorated so tastefully. We highly recommend the Herriko restaurant in town, a short stroll from hotel.
