It’s a very nice and clean apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and terrase. It has kitchen utensils, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, a fridge, etc. The bed is comfortable, there is no noise (you can hear voices from outside, but that's not a problem), the apartment smells really nice, and the view is truly beautiful. Shops, restaurants, bus station, city center and beaches are very close.

This place is such a gem. As soon as we arrived, the hosts Minhal and Tomas made us so welcome and comfortable. It was home from home. Even had a herb garden. And lovely outside terrace. The shower room actually has a power shower. The space is really big and naturally cool as it is on the ground floor. The main bedroom and bed are massive, with huge flitted wardrobes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils Inc full size oven and a microwave. There is a huge fridge freezer as well. It's a great space if you like to cook. It felt like home. The pool area is very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The coplex is very safe and secure with a mix of residential and rentals. A very friendly atmosphere at the pool area and throughout the complex. It's a short walk to the evening entertainment, bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. The beach is a 15 min walk, and a taxi is only €5. Yes, there is a hill, but it's more like a long slope. It is not big or steep. All in all, it was a great vacation. You will not dedisapointed. We stayed for 2 weeks. It was not enough. Minhal and Tomas are very kind, helpful, and welcoming people. It's been a pleasure to stay in their apartment. We will definitely be back.

Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at the Perla de Mar apartment in Los Cristianos and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect – tucked just behind the bus station, which made getting around the island super convenient, and only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view – absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to start and end the day. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring the apartment was stocked with toiletries and a few essentials when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated after traveling. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location with great hosts, I would 100% recommend Perla de Mar. We’ll definitely be back!

This apartment was absolutely superb! The location is right at the front, in a quiet apartment complex, with a quieter pool area, just a few minutes walk from the busier streets/bars/restaurants etc., and a few minutes in the other direction to quieter restaurants, bars, beach etc. There is a supermarket right next to it that had everything we needed for our 6 days there, a restaurant/cafe - Los Angeles, well recommended too. There is also a very good ice-cream/waffle shop right at the entrance, well recommended! In addition to this there are some clothes and souvenir shops at this bit too. The host was very helpful, responded very quickly and made us feel at home right away. (Thank you once again Arnaud!) The apartment itself is immaculate, having every possible thing you could need for your stay. Great value for money. I would highly recommend it, and will certainly be back. Keep up the good work.

    We have had a lovely holiday at Summerland holiday home. Location was great, pool bar brilliant, fantastic pool, our apartment was spacious and spotless and endless amounts of fresh towels. The room was cleaned for us during our stay and felt like home. We had contact with the owner on arrival and were made very welcome with snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch. We will look to book again In the future. Thanks again.

    The appartment that i rented was good… but there is work upstairs starting with pneumatic drill at 8 and finishing at 8 pm. It is impossible to stay in the appartment. Fortunately the renter put me in another accommodation in similar condition. But still there was a lot of people brawling in the street.

    We liked everything - it's our third time at Style & Sea, we just love the apartment! The location is great, the apartment itself is gorgeous - newly decorated, modern, spotless, well equipped and it has the most comfortable bed ever! Roberto met us on arrival and as always Smart Holidays who manage the apartment were very helpful and available if we needed them during our stay (we had no problems but nice to know they were on hand if necessary)

    The location - nice quiet area but within walking distance for everything. Lovely sea views one side and Mountain View’s the other side. Lovely quiet pool area - cleaned daily. Lovely, comfortable, clean apartment with a super helpful host who was always contactable to help with any enquiries we had. Lots of little extras in and around the apartment for our use during our stay including a welcome hamper from the host. Overall, we were really happy with the accommodation.

    Host was lovely, very responsive, apartment very clean! Apartment had all we needed for our stay and was very close to shop / pubs etc with a lovely restaurant on the doorstep. It is up quite a hill but we were fine as we are fully mobile but plenty of taxis around if you need. Would recommend this accommodation and would book again, many thanks 😊
