    A wonderful place to stay when visiting the Basque Country. The location is perfect, close to the river (no traffic inbetween) and with the captivating view of the bridge and the sea behind it. Great hospitality and good breakfast.

    very nice location and rooms are beautiful. The isolation of the sound is excellent! We stayed 4 nights, never heard the staff or other guests talking in the corridor or rooms next to us.

    Location: The hotel is in the suburbs of Bilbao (Portugalete), so it is a little bit far (20 min) from the centre of the town although there is an easy way (train or metro) to reach the town. Room and View: Our room was in front of the bulding with an exceptional view to the river. If it was behind (without view) we do not think that the stay is valuable for money.

    We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was really comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food and staff were excellent. Some car spaces were a bit tight for our car, but they were able to move us to a larger space. The location is excellent for morning sailings from Bilbao port.

    Staff were very welcoming. Room was very comfortable with a great view of the river & car ferry. Little out of the centre but there was frequent inexpensive public transport. We would have liked to stay longer.

    A lovely hotel and bar, lively with mainly locals in the evening. The accommodation was unbelievable and so clean. Be aware it is the opposite side of Onton to where you will be following the Camino trail😁
