the apartment is really lovely with what looks like relatively new fixtures & fittings. The location is superb - 10 minutes tops walk to the main square, but away from noise of bars/shops etc. One of the war cemeteries was in walking distance too (about 15/20 mins) and via a beautiful park with Go-Ape style rope swings. Railway station is approx 10 mins walk & buses frequent. Lots to explore. Fantastic communication with the host. There was a family in the apartment downstairs from us with young children, but no noise could be heard. Highly recommend this apartment.

    I understand the host actually offers a few accommodations at one address. My review relates to what she calls "25m Studio". The location is great. It is about 15 minutes walk to the town centre, 5 minutes to a large supermarket and 8 minutes walk to the Wellington Quarry. The property was cleaned well prior to our arrival.

    One of the best places I have ever stayed. Jerome is so nice and so helpful. Fabulous location !!!! And parking included ! Excellent facilities, lovely accomodation. Brilliant. Highly recommended. Best in Arras. Also, Arras is beautiful.

    Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Basic accommodation with automated entry. Secure parking for motorcycle. Lots of eating options nearby with a huge Auchan shopping complex across the busy main road.
