Very comfortable and well equipped. Great location especially for the train station. There was a lovely riverside walk beside the apartment.Our host Intza was very welcoming and provided lots of useful local information. She was keen that our stay be trouble free and comfortable.

Welcoming and cozy design, friendly tri- or morelingual staff, good quality beds and linen(!), outstandlingly clean, breakfast and/or shared kitchen, ganes, cure patio, you name it. stayed for just for one night passing thru but will be back to enjoy the Basque coast for sure.

    Really great location on the beach with restaurants and bars just behind. The rooms were tidy and well equipped, and balcony access was a nice bonus for a relaxing time. Pricing for this hotel was only slightly dearer than for a lesser hotel in a worse location so we ended up booking in to Hotel Serge Blanco again on our way back. We didn't get round to trying the spa or restaurant but by the looks of things, they seem great too. Definitely a hotel I would go back too if I was looking for a nice, peaceful stay.

    The location is fab - close to biarritz and San Sebastián for day trips and and an 8 minute boat ride to Spain. Literally a 3 minute walk across the road to a beautiful beach and a really nice pool on the property - best location we have stayed at.

    Disappointing hotel. Couldn’t complain about the staff or the accommodation but for a 4 star hotel having no restaurant available was a disappointment and the breakfast was not the best. Very noisy guests with yapping dogs did not help either with our stay

    Really nice hotel, totally new, great accomodation, great location. The place was absolutely perfect for the work but could be also optimal for holidays (great pool, near the beach, thalasso, spas etc...)

    In a residential area, we chose this so that it is peaceful. Great place to explore the Basque area. You probably need a car for this place as it is a bit of a hike to the beach and center. The couple that own it are happy to help and can give plenty of helpful tips. If you have a problem they pickup on this quickly. They are friendly and helpful hosts. It is a basic accommodation but clean and looked after. We enjoying our stay. Train to San Sebastian was very good.,direct to the centre.
