Annie was absolutely lovely – so kind and welcoming. The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. Annie kindly let us use her towels and sun umbrella, which was really thoughtful. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, super clean, and had everything we needed.     The location is perfect (very close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport) and the street is quiet and safe. The house owner Mrs Lydia is a very kind lady who showed us the house and explained all. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need in a house. There are many details tt make you relaxed and peaceful. The garden is also very nice to sit in the evening. It was one of my favourite accomodation and would like to stay again in the future.

    We had to find last minute accommodation due to the night train to Paris being cancelled due to strikes and the gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful in finding us a room and advising us on where to eat etc. The hotel is an quick, easy walk from the train station. I wouldn’t necessarily stay there for a holiday but for a work or overnight stay, it’s perfect.

    It was my second time in Nice after summer, and I decided to stay at Nekos place again😊 She is the best host and a very kind and beautiful woman, and her accommodations meet all expectations. It’s very close to the beach, too. I would stay at her place every time if I am in Nice.
