This is one of the most charming and peaceful boutique hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere. It is beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous garden and incredible breakfasts. The hosts are so lovely, helpful and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave and will be back. If you are in Niort, don’t even think of staying anywhere else!

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We were having difficulty with our French phones which he resolved for us. He gave good advice about the Niort township. The position of the hotel was central and perfect for discovering this lovely town.

Really amazing quality/cost rate. Plenty of space, new and good-looking furniture and kitchenware. The neighborhood is not very interesting, but it is close enough to town center. Plus you can park easy and there is a supermarket just crossing the street. I would repeat here!

    Everything is just great, especially in my case: staying here for a night stop over during the long drive. Swimming pool and gym were exactly what I needed after long drive. Very good selection of food for the dinner and very friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very well equipped. Hotel is very quiet.

    The stay was superb from start to finish - the extremely friendly and welcoming owners, the beautiful room with a garden view, the infused water in our room, beautiful homemade breakfast, help with booking a dinner reservation that evening (Les Planches), help with finding the local gas station, help with parking on the road outside the property, great communication in the lead up to our stay… the list could go on!! We loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend.

    The location is perfect if you want to visit Niort. The flat has all you need for a short stay and comes with a huuUuuge TV. Gorgeous roof view of down town Niort. The owner & the intendant are very helpful. Friendly Building > I met a bunch of lovely people who booked other accommodations in the same place and got to meet the neighbours' cats trying to catch the local swallows ;)

    We had a lovely experience here; we booked for one night and wished we’d stayed longer – not only is Niort a great town, this accommodation was superb. The owners were charming and welcoming; the rooms full of antiques and inventive artistic detail; the breakfast delicious and full of offbeat homemade goodies. The location is good, too – it was possible to park on the main street outside, yet within a few minutes we were enjoying the historical centre.

    the building dates back to 1860. It´s in perfect conditions. The rooms are wide and very welcoming. Very nice place to stay at if you are lookig for an accomodation with personality. The owners of the house are very nice and charming. Delightful breakfast - complete home made (home made jam, omlette, yogurt). It it happes to go back to Niort, I will certainly chose this accomodation again. Very pleasant stay!

    It was basic accommodation but all we needed. We stayed there with our 3 children and also grandparents - plenty of space. Brekkie was fantastic and check in to the building was straight forward.
