The holiday home is modern and everything is as it should be. And yes, the shower floor has been repaired. We really enjoyed the stay, and the Nespresso machine with milk frother was a welcome surprise. The only downside is that the beds are not the most comfortable. Well-equipped and comfortable beds. Good shower. All the things we like! It's very bright outside at night but the blinds did a really good job of keeping the rooms dark. Very well-considered living space. We stay in self-catering flats a lot and Anchors Away really is up there in our top 10 of best accommodation we've stayed in. Rona and Paul were exceptional hosts. When we arrived we were given a complimentary drink, Rona booked us a table at a nearby restaurant and then drove us there. The accommodation was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the shower great. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious. Parking was easy and it is a short walk into town. Wifi worked well. Which is important when travelling will a teen. We have stayed in a number of similar accommodations nearby in the last 12 months. Comfiest beds we have slept in at holiday accommodation ever. 2 mins to town, 2 mins to beach, and the rainfall shower was an unexpected bonus!
