Our room was spacious and we were able to fit comfortably. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day, bed linen is changed once. There was plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the room, there was also hot chocolate and cookies. The kettle was clean inside. We frequently travel and typically stay at 4 and 5-star accommodations, but the Nici Hotel quality surpasses many. The bedding and towels exude luxury, and the provision of coffee capsules and luxury tea in the room is a delightful touch. Although there was a incident with the alarm but, the manager receptionist, handled it with utmost professionalism. Check in is at the golf clubhouse a few steps away from where you stay. The entrance to accommodation was pretty grim and the room felt more like a dorm. Spacious room, very comfy bed, clean room, tho the bath has adhesive from a safety mat which looked pretty awful.
