A stunning period property. I have never stayed anywhere quite so impressive as this. We stayed in the Moulton room which completely surpassed our expectations. The room was immaculately decorated throughout and came with complementary snacks and beverages. Access to the property was super easy and the location was perfect.

I loved this apartment. So close to the station, so close to the supermarket, so close to the shops and also the river walk. It is a good place to stay if you would like to walk to Bath or take the bus there. A lot of people won't like this, but I thought the exact location was not for the faint-hearted! If you've never been to BoA before, there is minimal walking space when you leave the station. You lose the pavement once you get to the apartment, and you have lots of different types of vehicles going past this apartment. You have enough pavement to stand on to open the front door, and when you're in, you have enough room to close it! Once you're in the building, you walk up the stairs to the apartment. The codes are given to you by the host with careful instructions. This was very handy. The apartment itself is very spacious. The smells are lovely. The decor is lovely, very relaxing. I love the layout of the building. The two bedrooms have different styles. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. I chose to stay in the back bedroom as it felt a lot quieter at night. The kitchen has all you need. The co=op across the road was handy. The TV has all the streaming services. There are books and board games as well as toys for children. The lounge was comfy. I spent my time on the long chair to relax and do one of my courses. The heating was perfect. You can turn a dial to change the temp. Towels provided and tea and coffee as well as toilet roll. I would definitely stay here again!

We, a mother and daughter from Finland, randomly chose Bradford-on-Avon as our second place to stay while visiting England. We could not have chosen better. What a lovely little town! Herb cottage offered us something we considered a true English experience. And In addition to that, we got to know a truly remarkable person: Our host Suzanne. Suzanne made us feel at home and went over and beyond to help us make our trip an experience we will cherish forever.

    We had stayed there before and were happy to return as we knew that the host is a very interesting and knowledgeable gentleman who takes time to talk to his guests. This time he shared his knowledge of local churches and history. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, the breakfast is quite classy (yoghurt & granola, croissants, toast with delicious jams) and we enjoyed our stay.

    Couldn't fault it,lovely little accommodation with everything you need for your stay. Joy even come round with some homemade scones on our arrival which was lovely. Nice private garden area to sit and watch the sun set.

    What a lovely place to stay and not to far from town centre , room absolutely spotless , great touches with a pint of milk and a bottle of chilled water in the fridge, also tea, coffee and hot chocolate with a selection of biscuits. I stop in a lot of accommodations throughout the uk but I have to say this is up there and will try to get back in there in a couple off weeks when I have a revisit to Trowbridge

    We loved everything about this accommodation. It was immaculate in every way. The staff were really helpful and super accommodating. The rooms were charming, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.     The accommodation was more than we could have hoped for. The decor was just fabulous with quirky pictures, a welcome pack of essentials, soft fluffy towels, gorgeous bed linen, everything about it exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. It made a weekend stay for a family wedding, even more special, by having such beautiful accommodation to go back to.

    Very warm welcome to perfect barn accommodation. So cosy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fantastic comfy bed and luxurious bedding, the bathroom was a great size and the shower was amazing. Great breakfast, definitely sets you up until dinner time.
