Lovely place! The cottage has everything a tourist might need. We really appreciated how spacious it was and how well-equipped. Very clean. Parking on the street for free and a self-checking were a big plus. The beds were a little too soft for us but overall the place was extremely comfy and cozy.

    Pitkerro Mill is an ideal vacation home for families. It's a cozy house with wonderful hosts, Emma and Marc, who were always available and quick to address any issues. They also provided great recommendations for activities. Overall, a perfect stay and very happy with the experience.

    In town where you can easily pay over 100.00 pounds this was an amazing price. We have been on vacation for 2 weeks England and stayed in 13 different hotels and this one is in the top 10% . We will be back this way in a week and will definitly stay here again. All the staff were so friendly and gave us lots of advise of where to visit which made our stay even better.

    It’s very clean! Lots of bathrooms, each floor has one. Very comfortable stay and owner is very lovely to check on us on our arrival. A lovely accommodation as its close drive to everything! Super close to ice arena where my daughter was training for an ice camp. Attractions are also just almost 5-15min drive. Free parking, great kitchen amenities and spacious, lots of rooms. Wifi is super fast and could reach every rooms. Lots of pillows too! Would definitely come again ❤️

    The accommodation was spacious and was good to have the hot tub. That they said sorry about the delay with check in due to requiring to do a deep clean because of the mess of previous guests which i can appreciatecan happen. Food at restaurant was good bit expensive for what it is but expected when staying at resorts like this. Nice views and walks also maze is nice touch. Had so much potential to be great.

    Good location and easy to walk to the centre or the V&A. Nice sized rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast although the coffee was pretty ordinary. Very pleasant stay and very good value. Have stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels in Asia and liked the value and experience. We were pleased that the Dundee hotel did not disappoint.

    I’d be pushed to find fault with the accommodation considering what we paid for our overnight stay. A twin room, ensuite, with tea/coffee and kettle! Clean and comfortable and friendly helpful staff

    We were delighted with every aspect of the Holiday Inn Dundee. The room and en-suite were both very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was well presented and gave us plenty of choice. All the Staff were really lovely-friendly and helpful and had a really pleasant attitude towards everyone. We greatly appreciated their manner, and thanked them for their kindness. A great stay for us, and we would certainly recommend you to others.
