The hotel has been beautifully decorated with understated elegance. It's warm & cosy. Room was large with a good-sized shower room, the bed was comfortable & on a wintery night lovely & warm. Staff were friendly, professional & very efficient. Had dinner, which was delicious, beautifully presented & very reasonably priced. Breakfast again was freshly cooked & tasty. Cant fault anything. Definitely be back, would recommend.

This is an excellent apartment, very clean & spacious & the hosts are very accommodating. The apartment is tastefully decorated & the beds are super comfy. It is a short train ride away from Edinburgh City Centre. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The appartment was in really good shape, much better than expected. The beds, bathroom and living spaces felt spacious and all facilities were in excellent condition. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and just a short walk to the city centre. I do a lot of business trips, and this has to be one of the best apartments I've stayed in. Almost wished that I could have stayed longer!

Everything was great. The house was very clean. It has good internet and Netflix, which helped us spend 3 hours in the morning during the storm. The house is renovated, with an excellent bedroom and bathroom. We liked the bed and pillows! Great parking slot in 3 meters from the door! All facilities for cooking were available. The fridge is small but well enough for a 3-day stay! The location is brilliant! Extremely silent, but very close to the city, and easy to travel around Edinburgh! 25 minutes walking from a fantastic pizzeria. Hosts were available for my questions and left some food for us on arrival! It's worth all the money we paid!

    All around fantastic experience which definitely exceeded expectations. Used this hotel for a family one-night stay before an early holiday flight from Edinburgh airport. Half the price of hotels nearer the airport, and yet only a 20 minute drive at 6am. Would love to come back and spend a few days.

    Breakfast is in the Cafe below but you can go directly into it from the accommodation, we were able to securely store our bikes and the one night stay was very comfortable for 4 of us cycling into the Highlands

    Everything was made very easy and convenient by the owner. They went above and beyond to to help accommodate my stay over the month and a half and the owner was very easy to keep in contact with. The accommodation itself was kept spotless with frequent deep cleans. the accommodation is in a good place, very close to a train station and not far from the centre and a supermarket. I had a great stay and would be more than happy to stay at this accommodation again.

    Stayed here with the family prior to flying for holidays and it was a very good Night's rest, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The carvery in the restaurant was very good as well. The location is very convenient if you are taking an early flight as it is close to the airport.

    The accommodation could only be described as a real home from home. The hosts greeted us on arrival and explained where everything was and how it all worked. There is a small step down into the bathroom but this caused no issues even though one of us is less able. Comfy, clean, warm with plenty parking right at the door. A well enclosed garden was a bonus for our small dog. Enjoyed the property so much we are returning next week for another stay.

    I visited as I was picking up at Rosyth cruise terminal the next morning. The Adamson hotel suites as it was near to the terminal . If I was to be in the area again fir a similar reason I would certainly stay there again. Good value for mj eg on accommodation and food
