Ross and Rachel are one of the friendliest hosts we've ever met. When we arrived, they were waiting with the keys. Ross showed us the property, then he told us about the chickens. We asked if our kids could help them to pick up the eggs the next morning and they did. It was an amazing experience for the little ones. The chickens and other animals are so well looked after! There was no issues with the property at all! It is located about 20 miles from Edinburgh but we took the train to the city, which was very handy. It is on the country side but if you need to recharge, disconnect and feel the nature, book it! These guys are absolutely amazing!

A fantastic little place, very tidy and lovely. The owner was absolutely friendly and helpful when there were questions. A kitchen with everything you need is also in the house. Lovely bathrooms and lovely room!

The location was excellent. I didn't know that Haddington was such a beautiful place, and it is near Edinburgh, 30-40 mins drive actually. The mattress was really great, it help us relax so much! An overall excellent experience. Tip of the day: if you have an early flight, just like in our case, and you think you won't make it to breakfast, you can talk to the staff and they will make a breakfast-to-go bag, specially made for you. Splendid!!!

    Nothing apart from the ease of parking . It was like staying at Fawlty Towers , a very sad place stuck in the 1970s. The bed was uncomfortable and cheap lumpy foam pillows. The only redeeming factor was wifi access. A very expensive night of£148 for lack of quality and building which has seen better days.

    A very welcoming accommodation. Staff were very helpful before arrival and were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. The lodges were very peaceful with a beautiful view of the countryside and of course the cows. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Some cute arrival treats in the room were a lovely surprise.

    The cabins are very comfortable, including the bed. Good to be able to make our own breakfast at our own time. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last year while visiting family in the area. We recommend the accommodation and location surrounded by fields.
