This new property is a hidden gem. I couldn't be more happy to have found this! The studio was spacious and newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, and provided all the amenities needed. The kitchenette was well equipped and included complimentary coffee and tea as well as some cold drinks in the fridge. It comes with a washing machine and a rack to hang dry your clothes. I had the studio in the back which featured a large window onto the garden which also had a clothes line for drying your laundry. The owner left a lovely welcome note for me and responding quickly to messages on Booking.com. This would be a great place for a visiting lecturer or for any work related business traveller. With the kitchen you don't feel like you need to go out for meals. It is a perfect studio apartment in a charming section of the city, outside of the center, but one block away from the lovely Greenshead Park. I was able to walk safely to and from the University of Huddersfield and it only took 20 minutes each way. Overall I would recommend this for anyone who wants a place to feel at home away from home.

Everything was perfect about the stay. I was able to book last minute and the process / communication with the owner was super easy. Inside you will discover a rather cozy set up with a spacious comfy bed, clean carpets, modern furniture, smart TV, sofa, a modern kitchenette area with amenities (microwave/fridge/coffee/tea/biscuits/kitchen towels), not to mention the extra amenities in the bathroom such as shower gel, hand wash, tissues etc. The place also smelt fresh and clean. Everything is included and that's what I call a perfect stay :) Also, the location is not far from both town and greenhead park and there is free parking. Obviously being close to roads you would expect to hear traffic throughout the night BUT that did not distract me from sleep. I slept soundly. Well done to the owner. I will be booking again soon :)

The studio was beautifully clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the workspace with fast WiFi was perfect for getting a bit of work done. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the easy check-in process. Everything looked exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. A great balance between comfort and convenience.

This was a truly outstanding apartment. Every little detail had been considered and we were left wanting for nothing! The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed and finished. The host was proud of her place and quite rightly so. Nothing was too much for her.

Very clean, great little flat. Well thought out and lovely little touches like the available toiletries and tea/coffee. Fantastic location! Right across the road from the bus station and multi-storey carpark plus right in town centre and short walk to John Smith Stadium. Triple glazed windows so no noise at all. Had a great night sleep. Great communication from the owners. 10/10

    Breakfast was very generous and hot. Dinners were standard fair but OK. Kopperberg pear cider was the bonus. I would definitely consider this again for work however my usual hotel which was fully booked for this trip is much nearer the office and serves fried bread at breakfast so the Pennine Manor would be a walking holiday stay not for the working week.

    Superb accommodation and lovely welcoming team. Good breakfast choice and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was of exceptional quality and service top notch. Bar was good, and busy on our Friday late afternoon. Lovely touches in the room, nice decor and very large bathroom - it was just a shame that our room (no 6) was on the front of the building and facing a very busy road so there was a fair amount of traffic noise. We would certainly stay again, just not in room 6.

    Pre-arrival communication was excellent with all information sent to us in good time. Upon arrival we found the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean, sparklingly clean in fact. The apartment was very well equipped and there was everything we needed for our stay. The location is in a very quiet part of the town and was easy to find. We had a lovely weekend in Huddersfield and a large part of this was due to the exceptional accommodation. We would happily stay again in this fabulous apartment.

    I was absolutely blown away by the cozy atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and lovely personnel. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The lobby was warm and inviting. My room was just as cozy, with a soft bed, fluffy pillows, and coffee/tea/biscuits ready to be enjoyed. But what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about my enjoyment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
