I absolutely love Innside, I’m never staying anywhere else when I visit Liverpool. The best thing is the staff but also the rooms are a very high standard, the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the location is exceptional.

    We really liked the accommodations, however we would have liked proper mugs not paper cups for hot drinks, The shower wasnt hot at all which meant my grandaughter couldnt shower , the whole of the toilet moved. When loud drunk people stayed slamming the front door and shouting between rooms we felt isolated as no one answered our call. But the place was very nice.

    Breakfast NOT included in the price. EXCELLENT en-suite room - exceptionally clean - tidy; all the facilities. For 2 people travelling together, it was just superb value-for-money. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Great service. Ideal city-centre location. One of the best city-centre accommodations I've stayed in. Kudos to the staff.

    Parking was confusing but worked it out. Breakfast was really the best we've had after five days on our 12-day vacation to the UK. The accommodations were comfortable and clean; I liked the fact that the WiFi was easy to access. The shower was also the best we've had, so far.
