The location was wonderful, with incredible historic sites in walking distance of the cottage. The cottage was beautifully presented and lovely and clean. It was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit in the area.

    The Corran is a lovely building ideally situated to explore the area. Lots of delightful period features. Our room was exceptionally clean and we were made very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and our host Pauline was so warm and friendly it quite made our stay!

    Accommodation only an overnight stay for 2 nights during our trip to Kintyre, but the accommodation provided everything we needed for our trip. Hotel converted from a former cinema, clean rooms, comfortable beds, royal breakfast. Ele, the owner, is very pleasant, kind and very accommodating, she helped us with a trip to Kintyre, advised us a restaurant for lunch, where she also secretly booked us a table, and when we left, she personally said goodbye to each of us, what happens very exceptional. Ele, thank you very much.

    The room we stayed in had amazing views. It was a good size and had lots of space. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Pauline was amazing. Not only had we agreed an early check in but she was there to meet us. She sorted all the things that had gone wrong with our trip (nothing to do with the accommodation) She couldn't have done more to help us out and make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Excellent breakfast too. Old school highland hospitality. Thumbs up all round.

    The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were really fun and friendly. Eleanor went out of her way to try to help us find accommodation at our next destination. We really enjoyed our short stay.

A massive thank you to Pauline lovely and friendly. she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Pauline provided us with a tasty hearty breakfast before we left.
