great location, clean and comfortable. plenty of seating in the lounge area. plenty of kitchen equipment and nice quality wine glasses! lots of towels for the bathrooms and had a welcome gift of wine and sweet treats which was lovely. hosts were friendly when we contacted them to arrange for key collection.

We came two days to visit the Dales and we found the Old Swan location ideal to explore Malham, Ingleton and Aysgarth. Spacious standard double room with all amenities we needed for one night. We found the bed comfortable and quiet to sleep in. As it's a B&B Hotel the restaurant operates downstairs as normal, so dine-in or full English/pastry options are available for breakfast for a reasonable price. The only thing we couldn't sort out was to access Netflix or Disney Plus on the TV, but despite this we overall had a great experience. We recommend it.

From start to finish our visit was amazing. Rina and Ian are lovely hosts who are both incredibly hard working. The property is well kept from inside and out with a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door to when you leave. All the food is also amazing and sourced locally which is an added extra bonus for me. Thank you Rina and Ian once again.

    Unfortunately we didn't get to stay as our trip was cancelled the day before by the owner. This was due to a broken down boiler which presumably couldn't be fixed in time. We were all very disappointed as it was our annual friends' meet up, and I had spent ages finding the perfect place for us. However it would have been worse if the boiler broke down during our stay! Hopefully the accommodation will be up and running again soon as it looks like a beautiful property.

    Accommodations was great but the catering was questionable. Evening meals were under cooked and served cold and same for breakfast under cooked and cold. Bar service was very slow due to under staffing, felt sorry for staff on duty as had to work behind bar and also deliver out food

    The location was ideal and convenient for a short walking holiday in Malham - beautiful walks to favourites such as Malham Cove, Malham Tarn, Janet's Foss and Gordale Scar. The accommodation was suitable for the short stay and was comfortable enough to ease our aching bones. A lovely evening meal (and a couple of cold drinks) served by friendly staff was a welcome end to a long day of walking.

    Truly an amazing short stay, never have we experienced such a perfect dog friendly hotel where dogs are not only accepted but truly welcomed. We found that thanks to the dogs welcome policy and welcoming from all the staff we were able to experience a perfect stay in absolutely magnificent and immaculate accommodation. Lovely food and generous breakfast in a truly relaxing location, cannot praise the owners and staff enough.
