FABULOUS! Everything from the welcome from all staff onsite and the stunning well fitted bedrooms, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and powerful shower. The breakfast in the restaurant was flawless, service was friendly and helpful and the food was cooked and presented very well.

We arrived late at night (way past midnight actually) by coach (the coach station is 5 min from the hotel - an ideal place in the center of the city), the hotel entrance was already closed, but there were telephone number where to call and a very kind staff came quickly and let us in. We had a very clean and spacious enough twin room with private bathroom on the 3rd floor facing inner court. It was very quiet, well furnished and decorated with historical artefacts and prints from the past of the building which gave a special feeling. The bed was ultra comfortable and the shower had two different, convenient functioning heads. The room has a small niche for coffee and tea appliances - selected teas, coffees and chocolate, milk available for an early morning cup, as well as fridge, ironing board and a safe. A special notice for the very polite and courteous staff. Thank you, Telegraph Hotel, for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality.

I stayed at the hotel for one night while travelling to Coventry with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a lovely view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Cogs Bar & Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coventry.

    The location was perfect for our needs. The accommodation was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. It was great to have free parking and the walk to the fish and chip shop for dinner was lovely. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

    We really liked the property, it is in a nice area, within walking distance from some nice pups/restaurants. We stayed for one night before we went on holiday. The hotel is just a few miles from Birmingham Airport and was a lovely start to our holiday. We didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel but the restaurant looked nice.

    Absolutely loved every moment of our stay, from the accommodation to the restaurant. Surroundings were beautiful, especially as the snow fell covering the landscape. Kids were able to run and play in the field of snow and the accommodation was close to NEC (driving) for the event we were attending. Restaurant food was lovely and the decor was amazing. Great atmosphere. Everywhere was nice and clean, staff were helpful. Would recommend for a cosy couples night away and for familys.

    The location good - easy to find, outside fri/sat night ample parking and food looked good though i did not eat here. Room was interesting and nice, i slept well, its a pub stay so some noise from the pub and i was there socially - business people get up early and you can hear them in the small confines of the accommodation.
