Believe he is the boss/owner/service staff, he is very friendly and helpful, he helps us on ours luggage bag while checking in. Show us all the facility before he go off for the day by giving his personal number in case we need contact him. He came back early morning to prepare the wonderful breakfast and coffee which is included. He is great gentleman, superb polite thruout over ours conversation, a send off with handshake while checking out.

good location not far from town lovely house everything was clean and good space went with me and my wife but there were another 2 bedrooms spare which was more than enough big back garden neighbours were calm and owner was lovely I didn’t even check the checkout time it was 10 but ended up leaving late at 12 owner was fine with it would definitely come back again

    Handy for gigs to riverside stadium, got taxi to train station £5 then nice steady 10 min walk to stadium , same comming back. Good parking at accommodation. Accommodation was basic ,but enough for an overnight stay, would use again

    Accommodation has recently been refurbed and has everything I needed for my 2 night stay. Quieter area close to Albert Park and ideal, if like me, you are in Middlesbrough to visit a child at Teesside Uni. 2 nice restaurants close by. Really happy I chose to stay here, have booked to return later in the year.
