Windyridge is a beautiful big terrace house on Settle main street. The large rooms are all decorated with high quality furniture and fittings which really suit the ambience of the property. All the rooms are lovely with big bright windows throughout, open fires and comfortable chairs and settees. The kitchen had everything we needed and was pleasant to cook and eat in though there was a splendid dining room/ library too. The locally made grandfather clocks around the house really help to make the place feel special. There are three large double bedrooms and one twin room upstairs as well as a bathroom with toilet, free standing bath and shower. There is another toilet and walk in shower downstairs and the property also has a washing machine and tumble drier. The yard at the back of the house provides enough parking space for two large cars and across the little back lane is a nice raised garden area with a table and chairs. We loved Windyridge, it helped make our our enjoyable stay in Settle even more memorable and we hope to return.

Perfectly situated in the Yorkshire Dales, this cottage was clean, spacious, delightfully renovated with a large kitchen/dining room, cosy lounge, on the first floor and super large double room, room with bunk beds and large bathroom with a stand-alone bath. Up another flight of stairs you have a twin bedroom and another double, with another bathroom with a lovely large shower. The cottage was warm, showers powerful, all the equipment you might need in the kitchen. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Settle that has plenty of choice for eating.. We had a slight issue (our fault entirely) but the owner was very responsive and able to sort things out very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!

Everything. Whilst we were there, the field a window looked over had 3 alpacas in it, which you are allowed to feed through window with special food provided. The reclining sofa was a lovely special extra. Hazel and Charlie are really really lovely. Can't wait to come back. Great central location. 100% privacy. You'll need a parking display card if you want to park in Settle, there's one supplied in the accommodation. Great information pack supplied in accommodation.

    Excellent location with every facility close by. Ideal for our walking holiday. The accomodation was excellent, very comfortable and fully equipped for cooking an evening meal if needed. All rooms were very spacious and comfortable, as was tge double sofa bed. We would certainly stay again.

    The location is fantastic and the accommodation is exceptional. We only stayed for 2 nights as a weekend getaway but we would have happily stayed for longer. The little touches in the cottage made it so much nicer, having a bottle of milk ready, a bottle of prosecco on arrival and the little things like having an Alexa in the bedroom. The welcome pack is brilliant and has recommendations to local restaurants and pubs which we liked. Loved every minute and would recommend it to anyone looking for a break in Yorkshire.

    Always enjoy our stay here, ideal for a trip to Settle or when visiting the surrounding area. Great for walking holiday in the Dales. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Loved our room overlooking the lovely garden.
