The accommodation provided 2 rooms with a double bed in each, which I knew, no problem. I asked for 2 separate duvets for the double bed that was to be shared by 2 male colleagues. The hotel staff provided us with them - greatly appreciated. Also, it was agreed we could check out the next day at the latest possible option: 13:00.
