The location was everything you need for a quiet , chilled place to stay . The accommodation was excellent . The breakfast in the morning overlooking the garden in the the tranquil surroundings was exquisite . We endulged in homemade bread and preserves . We stayed in the Wheelhouse which was very quirky. It was a bit of a shock to find the toilet and shower area was separate from the sleeping area but wasn't a problem. Lawrence and Mike had thought of so many things to make the stay special. I had expected an ensuite bedroom only, but to have a lounge, sunroom, and separate bathroom was lovely. The house and surrounding grounds were stunning, and the accommodation very comfortable and clean. There was underfloor heating which was delightful when coming from outside, so lovely and cosy.
