This place is just like from out of our dreams. Best place I have stayed so far. It’s very privat, very nicely taken care of and decorated and very very clean. The owner is very kind and helped us out in any situation and with all our questions. I highly recommend if you want a nice quiet getaway. We loved our stay and would gladly return again. We just recommend getting a car or a quad as it’s a bit up the mountain for more comfort :)

We stayed in room 109 with a stunning sea view. Giannis is a wonderful host, he tried to share all the useful information during the check-in. The wi-fi didn't work on the first day, but Giannis fixed it. The apartment was very clean and cleaning took place every second day. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. As a bonus, Giannis left us two bottles of water and several coffee capsules. It was very nice of him. There is a bus stop number 11 next to the apartment. At stop number 10 there are several small shops and a cool cafe. Nice beaches are at 16, 20, 26 bus stops. We would definitely stay here again.

Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

Excellent apartment with everything you need. The mattresses were the most comfortable I ever slept on while on holiday. The host is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, including by providing us with water bottles, coffee, shampoo, shower gel etc. The place is cleaned very well everyday. The internet is fast and works perfectly. There are three Android tvs with Netflix, Prime etc. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in.

It’s was just out of town to be peaceful; but close enough to be near to everything you need! A brisk walk and you have access to the town, and the super market. The rooms were spacious with access to all amenities you may need. The hosts were really wonderful and I feel they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay- for example, they helped us with laundry and a lift to the airport on the last day. We really appreciate the lovely little keyring gift they left us.

    We stayed there for 7 nights with my partner and it was amazing. We are both working in basketball so we have during a season many traveling across Europe. Both of us can confirm this was our best summer holiday. The place is amazing, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The host and the whole staff is amazing they helped us a lot with welcome during and also with fruits in our room. I can’t really express one bad feeling about this place. Close to everything beach is 20m by walk.

    Teo was a wonderful host, he helped us with everything. He picked us up at the airport and also offered to drive us when we left. We could stay at the accommodation longer than the written check out. Teo also gave us tips on what to visit on the island. The accommodation was clean. There was also a kitchen in the room. Everything was great, only 10 minutes walk to the beach. I recommend to visit this place. :-)

    One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the clean and spacious room. Moreover, the hotel offered great prices, making it an excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant vacation.
