We stayed there at the begginning of July, not too crowded, the island is paradise...and Socrates was the perfect accomodation: very very clean, fully equipped, beautiful sunset view, cool and with a lovely big terrace, just a couple of minutes walk from the center. Nikos and Maria are so good too! Helpful, nice, friendly. Nikos also gave us a bottle of his own production olive oil on departure which was very much appreciated and really good! The apartment is very comfortable, has everything one may need on holiday and more. The accommodation is very well maintained and thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable. The hotel is peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a view of the dunes and the sea in the distance. At night, you can hear the waves and sleep with the windows open. There is mosquito protection for the balcony doors, although it's slightly damaged. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of tasty treats and fresh egg dishes. Everything has been perfect in this accommodation. The room was clean, fitted with all the comforts you’d need, the terrace on the garden is quiet so as you can enjoy your breakfast (lovely made be Kalomoira). The bed is more than comfortable. You’re within walking distance from the village center where you can find mini markets and restaurants.
