The hotel is very cozy and is located in a very nice place, not far from Faliraki. The beach is a 5-minute walk away (however, going back, you need to climb a small hill). Near the hotel, there's a very good restaurant, a small shop and an ATM. There's a small private parking (you might not get access to it if you don't ask in advance), and public parking is also available. The staff is very hospitable and is willing to go the extra mile to help you ❤️

Room was nice, comfortable and big enough. I loved private pool and sunbeds, very beautiful, we spend two days only in our private terrace. Location is near road, but you can reach beach in about 15minutes walking and 10minutes walking to restaurant and bar street. The breakfast is tasty and of high quality, but everything was limited, and if several people are having breakfast at that time, then something may run out. But we were told that we can ask if we need anything.

The host was very hospitable and kind from the very beginning of our stay at Peter’s Place. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Everything requested (e.g. beach towels) was provided. The location is excellent (close to the old town, Lindos, Faliraki and all the nice beaches like Tsampika). Before checking out, the host provided us with some gifts (local honey and drink) and told us that we could check out later than the predetermined time so that the checkout time would better align with our flight. Overall, we felt very welcome at Peter’s Place and the host made us feel valued, rather than just being solely interested in taking our money.

    It is hard to put into words just how good the Colonial Apartments was. Without doubt an exceptional place to stay during your vacation. The room was spacious and clean and everything you need is available. Steve (The owner) is an absolutely lovely man and couldn’t do enough he always makes sure you’re okay. Wonderful place and will definitely return next year. 10 out 10 👌

    We booked this villa as a last minute decision and everything was perfect from the first day to the last day of our stay. The owner was waiting for us in front of the villa and explained us everything. He was very friendly and helpful. In the villa you will find everything you need for an undisturbed and perfect holiday. Swimming area equiped with a small kitchen , grill and the fridge perfect idea. The whle place is very clean and quiet, close to the beach.

    Beautiful, clean, spacious and modern accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool - making our stay incredible. The air conditioning was brilliant. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options. The pool are had a lovely, chilled atmosphere. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the main strip, with a huge variety of restaurants/bars nearby. Already looking forward to our next stay.

    My husband and I stayed at this accommodation for 10 days and were extremely satisfied. The host was very approachable and gave us wine and juices upon arrival. The room was more than well-equipped, including an iron, kettle, and daily supply of coffee and teas. It was cleaned regularly. The jacuzzi was also phenomenal. Every guest has their privacy. So, for the accommodation, we give a rating of 10+.

    Stayed here at the beginning of June and the hotel left only pleasant impressions. Very nice, attentive and helpful staff. The room has everything you need. Special thanks to the cleaning lady for her perfect job! The beach is 3 minutes away and it’s large, with sunbeds (set of two costs 20 euros), also there are changing rooms, showers and several bars on the beach. In general, our vacation was perfect. So I definitely RECOMMEND it for your stay❤️

    The accommodation was excellent, all our needs were met and the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional much better than any buffet breakfast. The beach is 10 metres maximum for which beach towels were provided. Every day the room was cleaned. One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in, even though I can be quite critical :).     We are very grateful to George and his wife for their hospitality and help in all matters! George is a very positive and kind person, he was always in touch and satisfied all our requests. The accommodation is very comfortable, beautiful, clean, it has everything you need for a holiday! Also George has a modern gym that you can use. It was convenient to get to the store, to the main street and the beach. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!
