Clean rooms. The location is excellent, close to the main street as well as the beach, but still isolated enough not to hear the noise from the clubs that are nearby. Very nice view of the pool and palm trees, the pool is always clean. Free parking; air conditioning; wifi. The staff is amazing. Maria is very kind, sweet, always in a good mood, available for a lot of information if you are visiting Zakynthos for the first time. Thank you Maria for a pleasant stay.

The property was amazing and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially thanks to the staff at the property. They were so friendly, welcoming and funny people that made our stay much nicer. The cook of the hotel is a very special one therefore their food was high class! We will definitely go there again.

633 / 5.000 The apartment hotel is amazing. I can recommend 100%. The spacious and clean room is modern and tastefully decorated. The large beds super comfortable and new. The outdoor area is well maintained. On one side an olive grove on the other side the bay of Laganas. A huge fig tree on the spiral staircase has done it to me. I love it. Good tip in the neighboring hotel Cavo Vezal you can have a wonderful breakfast. Despite the fact that the apartment hotel is located in Lagana, you don't hear anything from the hustle and bustle. Unbelievable. The owner Maria and her husband (very personable) were very friendly and accommodating.

If there was one word to describe this place, it would be "Superb ". Amazing in decor, spotlessly clean, all the staff were friendly and the service in the restaurant professional and polite. The wifi was very fast and i could connect very easily in all areas of the accommodation. The food was great and tasty and the cocktails very special.we chose the " Romantic note" and it was really a very good choice . The bartender Tony was knowledgeable and helped us choose the right cocktail . The breakfast was spectacular.We chose the "noya breakfast" and everything was fresh and tasty.We really enjoyed the view, the food and the excellent service. Also the view from our room was breathtaking. The suite we stayed in was private ,very comfortable and the pool very clean. The location of the accommodation is very close to the centre of tsilivi. The best choice we could have made. I highly recommend it. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

The best communication with a host that you can imagine 😊. We have never had such a quick and easy arrival anywhere 🚀. Our hosts, Denise and her husband, are the nicest people we have ever met when booking accommodation through Booking.com for a vacation 🌟. We have been to Greece before, but it has never been as clean as it was here 🧼. We received continuous cleaning services, clean bed linen, and fresh towels 🛏️🚿. The property is equipped with air conditioning ❄️. The location is perfect in every way 🌍. The beach is within easy walking distance 🌊. There are restaurants and shops in every direction 🍽️🛍️. The airport is very close ✈️. My girlfriend and I rented a car and explored the island 🚗, and we had free parking at our accommodation 🅿️. Everything was simply perfect ✨. If we return to Zakynthos, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! 🙏

Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

    What a wonderful time we had at this property! My son loved the animals (the owner was kind enough to introduce us to all the animals he takes care of, and he let us feed some of them). Everything was spotless, the property is perfect in every little detail. The view from the hill is so peaceful. If you’re looking for the perfect holiday home, look no further!

    The location in an old village with a beautiful view of the countryside was great. It was lovely sitting outside on the terrace, especially in the morning sun. The central location is very good for visiting all parts of the island. The old traditional house was very interesting and comfortable to stay in with all mod cons. The owners are very friendly & helpful. It was so kind of them to give us their delicious home-made jam & other food.
