The house was beautiful, new, very clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. The hosts were accommodating in every way, very attentive and kind. The house and pool were very well maintained. Definitely a place worth visiting repeatedly.

Accommodation as we expected, but what impressed us most was the care and service we received during our stay. The care was outstanding – it was the best we had ever experienced.We felt so pampered and cared for, it was like nothing we'd ever experienced before! All this, combined with the outstanding nature of the place, made our stay truly unforgettable. The view from the accommodation was absolutely incredible! Sitting on the terrace and admiring both the sea and the mountains at the same time was an experience we will never forget.

Really nice and very big apartment! Lovely and helpful landlady, Maira! Big balcony with direct sunlight starting from morning, the balcony has partial sea view and pool view. Nice pool to relax . Welcoming pack with water and juice and some snacks for breakfast. The location is 3 minutes walk from the quiet and beautiful pebble beach, with a nice calm and always clean sea, or 5 minutes walk from the port with taverns, bars, bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria and a small minimarket. Ormos is off the beaten track, you should have a car, but then it is a perfect place to switch off and for trips to the island. Very nice and not yet too touristy part of the island.

This was perfect for us. I was traveling with my daughter and we were doing hiking and exploring by car the west side of the island. We were in the low season for Samos so everywhere was very quiet, which was what we were looking for. Samos is a small island so with a car you car travel end to end in an hour or so. We were only two people so the space was very large for us. Every day we were out and about so in fact we only really were in the house for sleeping as we ate out each night. The host is a lovely woman.

    We stayed for a vacation in this facility as a family. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The air conditioner working perfectly and it was very effective. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious and we had so many dishes to choose from. All the staff members, especially Kostas, so kind, friendly and helpful. We'll be coming again with our friends.

    We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and large living room. Everything we needed was there. There was a lovely veranda to have breakfast outside in the morning. the apartment was quietly located but close to the beach and nice restaurants, bakery and supermarket.     This was the first time we have stayed at Villa Maria and we found the owners Manolis and Maria to be very friendly and always around if you needed anything. Our room was clean and we had a good sea view. We had good facilities, ground floor living and kitchen area with a bathroom and nice outside eating area. Upstairs we had two double bedrooms and a very big balcony. Our holiday was very restful and our stay was very pleasant.
