Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

Great Location (near one of the best beaches) with lots of privacy. You can see the sunrise and the planes arriving and departing from the terrace without the noise being an issue. Anna was a great host and very responsive. The villa had a lot of commodities that came in handy (shampoo, cooking essentials and so forth). The rooms and especially the Jacuzzi was very spacious and easily fit 5 people. I recommend this villa if you rent a car.

We stayed at this villa as a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and everything was absolutely perfect! The villa was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos — if not even better in real life. The private pool was amazing, and the sea view was simply breathtaking — especially at sunrise. Watching the sun come up over the water was a magical way to start each day. The kids loved the space, and the layout was ideal for a family vacation. The area is peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to Santorini’s main attractions. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly felt at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable views!

    If you want a perfect vacation, choose SEASIDE SERENITY HOUSE in Santorini, by the beach!!! You will meet the host, Maria, a lovely lady, she helped us with everything(catamaran trip, restaurants recommendation), she made our stay even better.The house it'a a gem, brand new construction, comfortable bed, Miele appliances in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, from the house you just step in the sea water.     The villa is very clean, one of the cleanest accommodations I have stayed in. The space is private and very peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated with all the amenities one might need for their vacation (washing machine, dryer). The bathroom was impressive and spacious. The jacuzzi is heated and the surrounding area is well-maintained. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone would like to visit the island.

    Location to airport, great for a late night flight arrival into Santorini. Staff were super helpful in the morning with information about the island and storing luggage for us. We only had booked to stay for 1 night before moving to our next accommodation.

    Konstantina was a great host. We arrived very late but we were able to arrange with her to have some food/ water for dinner and breakfast the next day. House was clean and as advertise right across from the beach. Area is very quiet/local and perfect for a relaxing vacation but towns like Kamari/ Fira were a short ride away. We rented a car and had no problem with parking. Loved our stay!!! Thanks, Konstantina!!!

    This is an excellent accommodation with really high quality furnishings, materials, toiletries, etc. Very clean, very cozy. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed only one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Definitely recommend!
